Ummmm ... there is really no helpful information here.

I can see the config. I can see the output of the "sh logs". What I don't see is what the customer complaint is all about. I can't even begin to determine if the issue is wireless or CUCM.

the client has noticed drops in the wi-fi network connections, the calls cut, the muted call and the connections are not recorded using mobile phones.

Alexandre,

Is this a new issue that was previously working fine, or has this always been the case?

Is there a particular spot of the facility where the problem seems to occur?

Do you have overlapping AP coverage in the area where the calls are dropping?

Is this AP connecting to a wireless controller? Are you performing any of the roaming optimizations (similar to WLC Config Guide 8.6 - Roaming Section)?

Is there authentication on the SSID you're having trouble with? MAC whitelist?

Is this an AP connecting to a wireless controller? Are you performing any of the roaming optimizations (similar to WLC Config Guide 8.6 - Roaming Section)?

You should have some overlap for wireless voice. The Enterprise Mobility Design Guide, 8.5 calls for a minimum of 15% and a max of 50% overlap.

Other notable recommendations:

Cisco recommends using the 5GHz bands where possible. If you are going to use 2.4 GHz, they recommend disabling some data rates and setting others to required.

"If 802.11 and 802.11b are not required to support legacy 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi clients, Cisco recommends disabling the data rates of 1, 2, 5.5, and 11 MHz.

If these rates are disabled, one or more 802.11n-2.4 GHz data rates must be set to required. Cisco recommends that the 6 MHz data rate be set to required, but this depends on the cell size design requirements, which might require using a higher bit rate. If possible, an 802.11n-2.4 GHz-only network is recommended rather than a combined 802.11b/g network."

If you have both 5 GHz and 2.4 GHz running, make sure to use Band Select to get the wireless NICs on the endpoints to prefer the 5 GHz.
