Did you check your ME is working & client able to connect ? If not, pls share "show ap summary" output from your ME CLI.

Cisco AP2802i constant blinking blue LED

My AP2801i came preinstalled with the mobility express image. I configured thru putty/console cable, a static IP was assigned. After he configuration was saved, the AP, reboot. The I connected the AP to my switch.

I noticed the LED on the AP is constantly blinking blue. I searched the LED codes and I see that the blinking blue LED means an update is in progress. I do not not what update, as I did not initiate one.

The AP never moves from the blinking blue LED, as if hung in a loop. I can't ping the IP I assigned. The unit has a dynamic IP assigned to the controller, that I can ping. I also did a reload back to factory settings, and I configured the AP again --- still blue blinking LED.

Can someone tell me how to remove the AP from the constant blue blinking LED? as I'm not able to find a solution.

Thanks

Bob
