Hi group, I hace a 1602i autonomous running latest IOS. Powered with power supply, connected directly to cisco switch on a Gig int. I can't have more than 100Mbps connection speed, if I force, port shutdown. Tried, different switch port, different cat6 cords. Nothing to do still connected a 100Mbps.

Might be related, but ping from PC to AP IP are less than 1ms, my PC to WIFI connected devices are never less than 1ms, can reach 1000ms event no response. I have tried, older IOS , with basic configuration with authentification. I have also tried, AP reversed to PCs, same results with less variables as possible.

I am stuck and have no clue on what could be wrong or bad. Never worked before, new AP, not refurbished ( as far as I know ).

Thanks for you help all I am close to give up ...

Might be a broken AP then. You have 10 years of hardware warranty on it, open a TAC to get it replaced.
But first change the speed to Auto on the AP. If you enforce 1000, you also must enforce 1000 on the other side (switch).

It probably depends on the country you life in.

In any case, I suggest you get a Smartnet contract for your AP and then the replacement should work.
