Hi all,

We are in Democratic Republic of Congo (Kinshasa).

We have 2 WLC 7500 and 24 AIR-AP3702I-UXK9 AP's.

This country is not listed in the country of the WLC for priming our APs.

What can we do to fix the issue?

What firmware version is the controller running on?

The firmware version of the controller is the 8.2.151.0

I am suspecting this is a bug.

You'll need to create a TAC Case and get a product enhancement request (PER) through.
