Mobility Express Controller Challenge

Am presently working on a WLAN Project, they plan to use Mobility Express Controller instead of a dedicated Wireless Controller,

The AP that I setup as a Master which act as the Mobility Express is 1832 series AP which support up to 50 subordinate AP working perfectly on a dedicated VLAN 3, now setup another Mobility Express on VLAN 4, but noticed that some of these AP including the ME sometimes leaves their dedicated VLAN and join another one.

This is the challenge am facing kindly assist me.
