Dears,

I have setup a 1852 mobiltiy Express AP as an WLC for site A with specific IP details of site A, later i decided to move it to site B when i change the ip address of site B now it is not picking up an ip address from DHCP nor able to access the mgmt ip which i change according to the site B

How to rectify such issue

thanks

First, make sure the VLANs

First, make sure the VLANs match in the new site (the mgmt VLAN is the native with no tagging).

If the native vlan is already checked, try resetting the AP to defaults then configure it again with the new mgmt IP. I think that should resolve your issue.
