There is no password recovery. You will need to look at the Mobility Express guide to factory reset the AP.

Dear Scott,

The only option i see in the user guide is by advanced option how i can reset without login.

This operation can be performed only by Admin users.
To reset your Cisco Mobility Express wireless LAN controller to its default factory-shipped parameters:
1 Choose Advanced > Reset to Factory Default.
This opens the RESET MOBILITY EXPRESS CONTROLLER TO FACTORY DEFAULT window.
2 Click Continue to:
• Erase the Cisco Mobility Express controller configuration parameters to their factory default values
and reboot the Cisco Mobility Express wireless LAN controller.
• Reset and reboot the master AP to it's default factory-shipped configuration.
After the Mobility Express Controller reboots, proceed to Starting the Initial Configuration Wizard, on page

Thanks

Probably the wrong guide:

Probably the wrong guide:

The Mode button is used to reset the Access Point to factory defaults. To reset, depress the button and connect power to the AP. Hold the button depressed for 20s and then release it. When the button is released, the following message will be seen in the console. The AP will reboot and will be reset to factory defaults. If the AP has the Mobility Express controller image, after the reboot, it will broadcast the CiscoAirProvision SSID.

If you do factory reset the AP, you will have to start over! I just want to make sure you are aware of this. All the other AP's should be brought down until you reconfigure the master ME AP. Then once your ME AP is configured, then bring up the other AP's.
