Hi

Device

NAME: "Chassis" , DESCR: "Cisco Aironet 1850 Series Mobility Express"
PID: AIR-AP1852I-Z-K9,

Product Version.................................. 8.2.100.0

My problem

Last Reset....................................... hardware watchdog reset

System Up Time................................... 4 days 3 hrs 57 mins 33 secs

I uploaded new software twice to get to this version. Trying to solve the same error. The problem did not disappear. It will run different periods before this will happen. No dump file or crash file I can found. Is there a way I can check this.

It has one 2702 AP connected to it. Thus handling it self and the additional one.

How can I be certain it is hardware and not software any more. How can I get an error or a file to check and what I can use to RMA the device if needed.

Johan
