WLC 5508 *** Warning - bad CRC ?!!

Hi every one

before 4 days ago i setup a new WLC 5508 , firstly i updating his image to compatible with 1142 AP , and everything working normally , and APs connected with WLC normally , after 2 days of normally working the WLC stop working and the light of ( SYS & ALM ) light up orange , then i reset the WLC and connected console and this logging appear :

the ALM&SYS staid light orange , after that I shutingdown the WLC and i wating about 10 min and turn on again , then th WLC working normally ?!!!!!

is this problem with image ! or another thing !

Looks like a bad flash.
My recommendation is to contact TAC and get to RMA the appliance.

Can i used USB flash to Boot ? and how i doing that ?

USB boot is not supported.
