    <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Experts,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I am facing trouble on&amp;nbsp;installing AP adder license in Cisco WLC (2504). After installing the license in the WLC (2504) it shows "Installation Process Completed (2 license(s) failed;)". The base license status in Licenses under Software Activation is "Active, Not in Use" but it suppose to be "Not in Use".&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have changed the OS from 8.2.166.0 to 8.2.151.0 but the problem remains same. I have also reset the WLC and re-configured the WLC but still I couldn't able to solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I have attached 2 screenshots for your clarification.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Make sure the license was an addr license. Also you can open up the license file and verify the serial number of the controller. If that is not matching your controller serial the license would fail. You should open a TAC case with licensing as they can regenerate a new license file if the one you have is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;Do you have two license file? screenshot shows as "2 license(s) failed"&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Can you post the license file that you tried to install.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I can see 5 AP license on the WLC... How much AP count you are trying to add?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
