Convert Normal 5008 WLC to HA

Hello Experts,

Can i convert a normal 5008 WLC (with 25 ap license) to HA-SKU and make two WLCs(primary and secondary) to work as HA pair!!!

As per my knowledge..

If you don't have a WLC which has the HA SKU you can't convert it to HA secondary unless you install a minimum of 50 AP licenses on it.

Means.....

You either need the standby controller (either WLC HA sku controller or a WLC5508 with 50 AP license or more) to run HA AP SSO.

Primary controller : With enough license (Example:100 AP license)

Secondary or standby Controller: HA-SKU license or a WLC5508 with 50 AP license
