WLC FlexConnect

Good Morning,

in a Wireless Network with WLC on a single site, the reccomended configuration is "FlexConnext" or not ?

As I understand, the FlexConnect is essential for remote office, but in the case of single seat there are advantages to using it?
Or is preferable a no-FlexConnect configuration?

It all depends on your design

It all depends on your design and need I believe. I worked in an environment where we did both depending on the need. So if I had a site with 5+ AP's we put a WLC on site. But sites with 1 to 5 AP's for office users primarily we did FlexConnect and it saved money on buying an additional controller.

Now there is Cisco Express option available too by the way. Also the converged access. So it all depends on your design and requirements.
