I need a walk through on how to get my WLC licensed.

You can download your WLC License from the Cisco software Download site and to get the same you will required a authorization like you will have partner certification or CCO credentials.

Licenses can be purchased through Cisco or your Cisco re seller also.

So the correct answer is that the WLC was not connected to the anchor...that's why it was giving me licensing grief...The Anchor was down and needed a reboot.
