Air-CAP1532E-E-K9 outdoor aps wont join 2504 WLC

I have two Air-CAP1532E-E-K9 outdoor APs and a 2504 WLC. the APs wont join the controller. I have added the APs to the mac address filter but still no fruits. The AP join stats detail tab on the WLC shows there's a regulatory domain mismatch between the wlc and the APs; dilemma is, both are set for regulatory domain -E.

I've attached the error logs from the AP.

Any help?

When you say both are set to regulatory domain -E, where exactly are you setting that? Also which country are you selecting?

that is a default setting

that is a default setting preconfigured in the devices. under the wireless > country tab on the controller

turns out though am in kenya, i had to add both US and GB on the controller allowed countires.
