I am sorry to add a correction, but that bug is on the Open Caveats of the release notes, there is not a fix for it yet.

However this bug was never confirmed, what is the behavior your WLC is having?, and why are you sure you are hitting that bug ?

I can tell you that we have controllers on 8.0.110.0 that are very much spontaneously rebooting. The great suck that is Cisco WLC code never fails to fail.
