This&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; error message is received on the controller: &lt;TT&gt;** Unable to use&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; ide 0:4 for fatload ** Error (no IRQ) dev 0 blk 0: status 0x51 Error reg: 10 **&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Can't read from device 0&lt;/TT&gt;. Why?&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/H3&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;A name="rma"&gt;&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;BLOCKQUOTE class="jive-quote"&gt;&lt;P&gt; &lt;STRONG&gt;A. &lt;/STRONG&gt;The reason for this error might be a hardware issue. Open a TAC case to &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; further troubleshoot this problem. In order to open a TAC case, you need to &amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; have a valid contract with Cisco.       <description>&lt;P&gt;hi friends,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;actually i have a wism card installed on cat6509 series switch&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from switch sh module showing wism is pass and ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;and sh wism status also showing every thing is ok&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i configured the basic configuration setup for controller 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but when i try to login through consol port of 2nd controller its stuck i mean hang&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;also its not doing harware test and exactly at this its stuck&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;but at startup of boot option comes like to change primary or secondry image and clear configr etc etc&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i pressed ESC key than it show me this error&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp; Boot Options&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please choose an option from below:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; 1. Run primary image (version Not Found) (active)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; 2. Run backup image (version Not Found)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; 3. Manually update images&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; 4. Change active boot image&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; 5. Clear Configuration&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please enter your choice: 1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;** Unable to use ide 0:4 for fatload **&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;** Unable to use ide 0:4 for fatload **&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Bad Magic Number&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;kindly advise me how i can fix my unit &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i will relly appreciate &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;this is very urgent and important for me&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;many thanks in advance&lt;/P&gt;</description>
