WISMs HA session access issue

Hello ,

kindly i have 2x WISM2 installed with HA ver 7.6.120 , the strange thing that i can not access the WISMs through 6500 CLI via session command .

it gives me connection refused by remote system .

but before HA i could .

the service port IPs are assigned by DHCP as per recommendation of Cisco for HA .

You mean you can't access the secondary unit. And this is correct. It depends on what IP address you are using to reach the secondary unit.

i can not access either Primary or secondary via service-port through session command always give connection time-out , however they are pingable and working normally in HA mode .

and this is for all WISMs that i have at multiple 6500 switches .

Can you please check that the Management VLAN of the WiSM is in the "allowed VLAN"?

yes , the service vlan is allowed this is for sure in addition to the MGMT and data vlans .
