Hi,

In wcs, each of the access points shows as been assigned to a particular map.

if a new access point is added, how should it be assigned to a desired map.

If a new ap has been added to a wlc, in WCS you will see 1 access point not added to map. You would open up the floor that the ap belongs on and then on the drop down box on the top right you would add access point and then place the access point on the correct location.
