      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Is it possible to set up some sort of authentication where the root bridge and non-root bridge only associate with the opposites MAC address?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Don't see the reason why, but yes.&amp;nbsp; You can.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You also have the option of putting a strong password so no other bridge without the valid password can be part of the bridge.&amp;nbsp; Y'see if, say, you've encoded the bridge's MAC in and you needed to replace, you'll have to reconfigure the MAC address.&amp;nbsp; &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
