Hi all

just been given a CAP 3502i access point, try to logon and configure the password, but not accept the config t. Is it because this equipted with Light weigh mode IOS?

Yes. It's because it's runnig CAPWAP IOS (default).

is any way that provide me to telnet or use http to access to it, since it will be send to remote site, I would like to have some control if something goes wrong with it one day?

3502 series APs are CAPWAP only so you manage/troubleshoot from the WLC and not the AP directly.

Has the AP joined the WLC :

What you can do is you go to wireless - > select the AP and override global credentialss to set a password for it specifically
