Hi Team,

We are getting DTX error messages in the access points and due to this the clients performance was bad and disconnection happening across the wireless..

I found some bug but which is not having any fix, Can someone help on this please..

CSCvq80706

"DTX poison logs found" and constantly resets radio, it generates r1.rcore file

Clients won't be able to connect to AP or connect but unable to pass traffic

Conditions:
Normal operation

Workaround:
Restart the AP allows you to get clients back.

Already as a temporary solution we are rebooting problematic access points.

You should open a TAC case to get some advice as they would most likely take a look at your setup. Or what you can do is downgrade the code the one lower to see if that helps.

Please take a look at bug CSCvq81388 and CSCvm68624 which are both fixed in 8.5.160.0 (also called "8.5 MR6") software. This software is quite new, but as long as you don't use flexconnect with CoS based APs you should be fine.
