Keep getting this error when trying to set a static IP on an AP from the controller.

Can anyone help??

Do you have this issue with single AP or multiple APs in that controller ? what version of software you run on your WLC ?

Do you have CLI access via SSH to controller?

You'll only see this error message when the AP is downloading the firmware from the controller after it's joined for the first time.

I believe we are having the issue with 2 AP's on the controller, there are 19 in total.

The software version on the WLC is 8.3.132.0.

I do not have SSH access myself but it could be achieved.

check if AP is registered to wlc or still downloading the software !!!!
