is there a cli command to show the AP Up time of all the APs connected to the wlc 5508?

Also a command to sort the AP names in alphabetical/numerical sequence.

For CLI, no. For GUI, use the Dashboard.

Also a command to sort the AP names in alphabetical/numerical sequence.

Sure... show ap uptime all

This is only for connected AP's AP's that are down is a different story.
