2702i AP not downloading image from controller

I have a set of new 2702i's that are failing to download the correct image from the controller

Get the following from the AP:

Unable to create temp dir "flash:/update"
Download image failed, notify controller!!! From:8.2.105.100 to 0.0.0.0, FailureCode:7

Upgrade the controller firmware. Don't use 8.0.12X.0 version.

When you are in the console of the ap, issue show flash and post what's there.

Noticed this exact same thing occurring on some new AP I have as well.

Was there any specific fix or bug ID? ( skimming the release notes now)

Disregard my issue is related to a new CAP2702I-B-k9 joining a WLC running 8.0.121.0 which won't work.

Its a B domain and requires 8
