I am unable to config the country code for 3702 AP. Pls any help me

You don't need to configure country code Access Point!!! Normally its hard-coded in firmware.

Are you using AP with WLC or its a autonomous AP ?

Please paste the sh version output from AP.

Example: AIR-CAP3702I-x-K9, Here X is the country/Region code(Ex: E is for Europe..., A for America)
