Autonomous AP with Guest Access

Our organization already has a wireless infrastructure in place using EAP-Fast authentication with separate vlans for data and voice. I want to add guest access to the wlan without the use of WLC and LWAPP.

I already have the VLAN and Subnet created to put the guest on but I need some input on best practices to set this up.

I would like to have the ability for webauth and also would like to keep the additional cost to a minimum and use current resources or add free webauth abilities to the network. If I could please get some input to our situation that would be appreciated.
