hi ,,

accually this is my first time to work with Cisco wireless ,i have WLC 5508 and 5 AIR-CAP2702E-E-K9 and word file have PAK for the 5508

i do not know how to start ,the main qoustion is :

1- how to add this license to WLC 5508

2- how to connect AIR-CAP2702E-E-K9 to our WLC5508

Easiest way is to make sure that the time is set properly on the contoller or else AP's will not join. Place the AP on the same subnet as the controller for an easy join. Once the AP joins and downloads the code and is in the run state, then you can move the AP to another vlan. Make sure that the AP gets an ip address also.

I tried all ways to connect to WLC but i think the problem is in WLC version is not compatible with 2700 series ,the current version is 7.4.110.0 and based on mention article there is compatibility issue

Yup... That compatibility matrix you should keep handy. Code versions is important to make sure that AP's connect and also you will see what code is supported on them.
