Dears,

We have 5508 WLC and more than 100 AP, one of them take IP address from DHCP, but it doesnt connect to WLC

WLC side shows:

(NW2-WLC01) >show ap join stats detailed f8:4f:57:f0:03:80

Also it worked properly more than 3 month

Is that Harware problem ? also Ethernet MAC is all Zeros

If it were me .. I would console into the AP, to a power cycle of the AP and capture what the AP is doing.. If you do, post it here. That will give is clues were to look next ..

Its a bit different situation, i dont have this AP physically near, so i saw it remotely
