3110 AP Consol problem

Dear All

i have a Cisco 3110 acces point but i am facing a issue that i cann't access to its CLI to use serial to USb converter i treid to search a lot on internet but i didn't find the solution please any body help me for that why serial to usb converter consol is not working on 3110 ap????

I guess you are referring to a 1310.

Did you verify that your usb-serial adapter was working with router/switches console ?

What terminal settings are you using to connect to your AP ?

Do you have other APs where the console would be working ?

Dear Nicolas:

yes i checked it with cisco switches and routers the same serial to usb converter is working there but when i try with aironet wireless ap through the same cable its not working and i am using the same setting as we use to connect with swirches and routers eveni checked with my neighbour's laptop too its not working with that too i do no t what's wrong .

If it's only happening with 1 1310 then I would guess there is a hardware problem ... It can hardly be anything else.
