Also, what obstacles are between the existing AP and the users in the other part of the office?

I already have an AP (1231G) installed a while ago. Now I need to extend the wireless coverage to the other part of the office. I was wondering instead of adding another AP, should I just buy a high dBi antenna to extend the coverage? If the answer is yes, which Cisco's indoor antenna has strongest signal?
