Does anyone know an App that would show me the name of thee AP I am connected to? All Apps I know only show me the BSSID, the name would be so much easier in large deployments that use a meaningful names.

I think Ekahau Pro can (as long Aero IE is enabled).

You need to enable Aero IE on the AP, or CDP on the wireless. Afterwards sniffers should be able to tell you the name.
I don't suggest you do so for privacy reasons.
