I read up on Cisco's site that you can alter the 350

Series Bridge to be an Access Point. I own the "rugged"

350 Series Access Point, which largely resembles

the multifunction 350 series bridge, and was wondering

if there was some way to make it a bridge.

Thank you,

David

kil.5@nd.edu

You can configure the 350 series bridge to act as "Access Point" but not the reverse..In other words Access Point can't be configured/chaged as a "bridge".

To make bridge as access point, you do not need to alter the hardware, it can be achived just by configuration.

tepatel, wrote that the 350 AP can not be used as a bridge (ie 350AP to 350AP), what I want to do is show on figure 1 of the following web page. Do I have to have one 350bridge and 1 350ap or can two 350AP be configured to accomplish the same thing. thx in advance.

http://www.cisco.com/warp/public/cc/pd/witc/ao350ap/prodlit/a350b_ds.htm

regards,

paul
