Computer name is shown instead of the User name @ wireless control system

Hii,

The computer name shown instead of the user name at the client list as shown in the picture (last line MDS-LT-VS219), what is the reason for that and why it’s not the user ID? All the PCs are in the same windows domain.

*i had to modify some of the data in the picture due to privacy reasons.

Thank you for using support forum. I have a couple of questions. What access point are you having? Also, do you mean WPA2 authentication user names?

Prasad,

Sounds like you are doing just machine authentication and not user auth.

You ll need to check the authentication policy on RADIUS server.

In First go I can say that Vitan is right. You didn't tell us which authentication method you are using. Please provide the detail for the same.
