Hi,

I'm configuring a vWLC for web authentication but when client is redirected, the page hung refreshing.

Which IP is used to access the webauth page?

Ok,

I understand that the vWLC use the VIP for the WebAuth page.

But I cannot access the WebAuth page using VIP, I can access only using de MGT IP.

Any idea?

You have defined this in the VIP: webauth.lojaspompeia.com.br

Do you have a DNS entry for this FQDN that will resolve 1.1.1.1 from the DNS server the clients get from DHCP? You also have uploaded a 3rd party certificate?

I create a DNS entry for webauth.lojaspompeia.com.br resolving for 1.1.1.1. But not success.

I dont believe that I can access 1.1.1.1 without configure a Default Gateway.

The virtual interface IP address is used only in communications between the controller and wireless clients. It never appears as the source or destination address of a packet that goes out a distribution system port and onto the switched network. For the system to operate correctly, the virtual interface IP address must be set (it cannot be 0.0.0.0), and no other device on the network can have the same address as the virtual interface. Therefore, the virtual interface must be configured with an unassigned and unused gateway IP address. The virtual interface IP address is not pingable and should not exist in any routing table in your network. In addition, the virtual interface cannot be mapped to a physical port.

If you didn't upload any certificate, then you need to remove webauth.lojaspompeia.com.br from the VIP interface. Thats why its not working.

Have you looked at the link I posted earlier.... it goes through the process. I don't know how your network is setup, how your vSwitch is setup, so its hard for me to tell you what needs to be done.

The link that Scott provided is very useful. You can also check out the following cisco doc for further clarifications. Scott is also right iin saying it is hard to tell you what needs to be done without knowing how your vSwitch and network is set up.
