1st time Authentication fails

Hi,

I am using 5508 controller and having 2 SSID configured

Data - for data users Authentication is [WPA2][Auth(802.1X)] hitting data VLAN

Voice - for Android and other voice users authentication as [WPA2][Auth(802.1X + CCKM)] hitting Vocie VLAN

now my question is when ever I try to connect from my laptop to Data - 1st time itself I get the IP and join to network, but where as when I try to connect to Voie SSID from phone or from laptop, authentication prompts for 2times and after entering the username and pwd 2 times it gets connects.

can anyone tell me why its asking 2 times for authentication.

What are you using for radius ?

ACS 4.2 server

1st time Authentication fails

Please check on ACS what is the reason given for the first authentication failure.
