      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Can anyone tell me whether 802.1x  standard is supported by Avaya switches or not?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Does 802.1x is only possible with cisco.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Aruna,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I believe you are taking about 802.1p/Q, Not 802.11b. If it is 802.11 wless then you got an ans from PATEL. 802.1p/Q (Priority/Trunk) is exclusiely supported by Avaya. (L2 COS).
