Refer this document to find right regulatory domain for country these AP deployed

http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/products/collateral/wireless/access-points/product_data_sheet0900aecd80537b6a.html

It is not recommend to configure country belong to different regulatory domain in the same controller (due to sub optimal power & channel assignment).

In order to solve your problem, you need to configure required country codes on your WLC

5760(config)#ap country ?
WORD Enter the country code (e.g. US,MX,IN) upto a maximum of 20 countries
!
5760#show wireless country configured

AP will not join to the controller

I have a WLC5760 that currently has 55 APs connected to it. Recently I tried to add another AP but I'm receiving the following error.

*spamApTask1: 1 wcm: %LWAPP-3-RD_ERR8: Country code (US ) not configured for AP bc:c4:93:68:47:70

I have changed the country code from DE to US and the last AP works but none of the previously 55 AP will work. What country code should I use that will support all the devices?

Hi,

Hi,

Could you provide your AP's Part Number, like this AIR-CAP3702I-H-K9.

And if your APs belong to different country, then they'll never join to the same controller.
