      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;The service has probably stopped or locked up.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stop the WCS and then restart it. It should solve the problem.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Console onto the appliance.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Change to the WCS directory.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Stop the WCS by issuing command&lt;STRONG&gt; ./StopWCS &lt;/STRONG&gt;(note the full stop at the start of the command).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When the WCS has stopped start it again by issuing command &lt;STRONG&gt;./StartWCS&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Once the WCS has started issue the command &lt;STRONG&gt;./WCSStatus&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
