Sorry the problem is far too ambiguous to help with and may not even be a Cisco Wireless Issue. Things to checkout of the many possibilities:

Are other clients on in the same area

Is that laptop on?

Is there enough power?

Are the drivers up to date?

Is the Access Point on in that area?

Can you see it on the WLC?

What is its uptime?

There could be many more questions before determining your fault.

As explained in the document. This is only for Access Points and not your laptop so if you are experiencing a dropout it sounds like a separate issue.

01 - static ( 'capwap ap controller ip address' || 'previous memory' )
03 - dhcp server ( DHCP Option-43 )
00 - broadcast (works well when AP and WLC are in same subnet)
02 - OTAP ( disabled, by default)(not preferred)(can work only when AP has joined to the WLC )
04 - dns ( 'cisco-capwap-controller' via DHCP option 15)

Its an alert message. RSSI -97 is very weak ie., this detected AP could be far away from the detecting AP. Based on your company policy requirement you can ignore or classify and manage or deep inspect or take action, if harmful.

infra device(rogue AP) - MAC oui 08:59:05 - seems to belong Intracom S.A vendor.

By default all external infra device(3rd party/nearby devices) that's not part of the managed network will be identified as an unclassified rogue by Cisco AP.

it appears the above device is detected by cisco AP as rogue under unclassified category and alert state which is the default when no classification is priorly configured ie., when Rogue management is not configured.
