Controller timeout

We have a 4400 controller and users are complaining that their access timeout after 5 minutes. The only thing on the controller that I see is a 300 user inactivity timeout. Is there another way to setup a timeout?

In the WLAN, do you have the Session Timer configured?

Just to add to Steve's post....

If using WebAuth, set your idle timer to 2-4 hours. Make sure that the session timer is higher than the idle timer. The session timer is using webauth is nice to set at 8-24 hours.
