    <description>&lt;DIV&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; We have implemented&amp;nbsp; WLAN using Cisco WLAN controller (5508) and AP (AIR-CAP3502E-E-K9), i&amp;nbsp; am trying to connec AP (which have gigabit port) with Layer 3 switch&amp;nbsp; using UTP Cat-6 Cable having 24 AWG Wire Gauge.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;What maximun length i can achieve by using above mentioned cable??&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Noman&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/DIV&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt; Hi Noman,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;any cat cable cannot extend more than 100 meters, specally POE , you will need to use a&amp;nbsp; managed switch with poe to extend cables, you have cut the cable about 100-95 m, then connect the switch then use another cable for remaining length. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i did the same thing for our network&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;thanks.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Irfan. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
