when creating a wireless guest internet on a controller, wlan type what is the difference between WLAN and Guest- LAN? does it really matter which one you choose?

thank you for your reply Sir!

i 've got another question that i need your help with please....

if I have my anchor controller seating on my DMZ subnet and my other controllers on my inside LAN ( local subnet), how are these going to communicate?

will I be able to connect to my other controllers or vice versa when I'm connected to my guest Internet?

because my understanding is you configure them in 2 separate subnets so they will not communicate, how will the controller talk to one another and will i be able to connect to all my controllers while on LAN ( including the controller on the DMZ), or when I'm guest Internet trying to connect to ( all my internal controllers)

Please advise

Well yes, however remember that traffic is only going to flow in one direction and is basically to go out thru the DMZ.

Basically you need to have connectivity between both WLCs..

Check this link for further details on topology and ocnfiguration.
