Is DHCP proxy being enabled or disabled ?

For more information, please take a look at :

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/ps6366/products_tech_note09186a0080af5d13.shtml

Regards,

Madhuri

is the user authenticated?

> check if you can do all desired things when using a static IP address

Are you using a DHCP scope defined on the WLC or an external DHCP server?

> Check which interface is used for the WLAN. Then check for this interface (controller>interfaces) if the IP address of the DHCP server is configured. If you're using the WLC as DHCP server, use the Management interface as ip address, else the IP address of the DHCP server.

Or do you want to prefer the IP helper address? > disable DHCP proxy
