Is it correct that 2800 GigE port is dot1q trunk and LAN switch is "switchport mode trunk"?

Yes.... the link between any WLC and switchport must be an 802.1q trunk.

Thanks. How about the lightweight APs? Do they need to be trunk ports to all vlans or access port to only AP DHCP vlan?

The LAP's should be placed on an access port on a management vlan, but really can be placed anywhere. If they will be on the same Subnet as the WLC then try to have no more than 40. If the LAP's will be on a different subnet, then 60 - 100 LAP's per subnet is best practice.
