Hi,

Are you using a public certificate? you could be having issues with untrusted certificates

For the browser to automatically redirect to the web authentication page, open an http page and not an https page

Thanks

Hi everyone；

I have some problems about wireless Web-auth.There are some that I am not sure，as below:

1\why the Browser cannot bring up when client connect to guest WLAN?I have got a ip address.
2\when i open the browser, the login page also cannot display.it will be display when i type http url.
3\After I issue the command that is "config network web-auth https-redirect enable",the error which is "Your connection is not private" will be display when i open the browser,If i click the "Advanced",to continue,it will be redirect to login page.Whether the error because WLC don't have the same certificate with Radius Server?

Thanks a lot!

Hi,

Not sure, the Radius Server isn't modify after bought it.So,how to resolved the untrusted certificates issue ?
For the browser automatically redirect to web auth page,Is it must use http url?Is there a document ?Because we test the win 10 can auto bring up browser to login page after it connect to guest WLAN.
thanks.
