You need a wireless sniffer like The NetScout OneTouch, Omnipeek, AirMagnet Laptop Analyzer or a MacBook or Linux machine. Even a Cisco AP can sniff the air. Take a look at this link as it can help:

Monitor Wireless packets

Hello community!

I need to know how to monitor wireless packets as I do to monitor my wired network with Wireshark. I have to see all the packets on an SSID, but when I use Wireshark on my wireless card I can only see the packets that are crossing my wireless card (packets that go from and to my ip address).

Thank you,
