Wireless HA Options

We have two controllers each in different Data Centers and there is layer 3 connectivity between these two controllers.

Half of the Access points register to one controller say A and half registers to controller B. We have 50 license on each of them.

'A' controller has 35 access points and 'B' has 46 AP registered.

Is there any option to make a HA pair and any option to save licenses?

If i will use N+1. In terms of licensing, do i require HA SKU license for secondary controller.
