Wireless Clean Air Oper Status ERROR

We have installed a number of Cisco Wireless 3502-07 in China and i can not get the Clean Air Oper status to change to UP. At the meoment i have ERROR. I have have tried to disable and enable the the Clean Admin Status from the Access Point 802.11b/g/n and then select the AP and change configuration.

Does anyone know who to resolve this ?

Hi Balbir,

What controller platform and software version are you currently running?

What is the full part number for the AP?(ie. AIR-CAP3502I-A-K9)

Are there any relevant Traplogs for the ERROR state? You can view the traplogs under Monitor > Most Recent Traps or grab it from the CLI via "show traplog"

#Can you try to enable from cli.

#Also confirm whether cleanair works or not while its showing disabled.

#Check the AP crash log for AP crashes.

#Are all APs affected, do you've different country/region 3500 APs that's not seeing this issue.
