    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I have recently deployed a wireless network using a WLC 2504 with 21 Light APs. All seems fine except that &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Apple Devices drop their connections every 15 minutes or so. A couple of minutes later they can reconnect but &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;obviously something is wrong.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many Thanks&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Only Apple device exhibit this kind of behaviour? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What kind of Apple devices?&amp;nbsp; Mac laptops?&amp;nbsp; iPad, iTouch, iPhone? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have you seen this behaviour from, say, non-Apple devices?&amp;nbsp; Android?&amp;nbsp; Windows laptops? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What are the signal strengths when this happens? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have Aironet IE enabled? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;How far are the clients from the WAP(s)?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
