The deafult is 1800 seconds (30 minutes). What this means, is if a client authenticates to a network within 30 minutes from that time they will get deauthenticated and will have to reauth again. It appears as if iphones and ipads de-associates themselvs from the wireless network after a while to save battery and then the users have to re-authenticate again. This is annoying to the end users. Not batter power save. The users kept seeing login prompts...</P><P></P><P>We ended up turning off session timeouts under WLAN advanced settings - in reality setting the timeout to 24hrs internally..
